Initially during the design and engineering phase, each staircase is meticulously crafted using high-quality steel to ensure precision and quality.

The structure features expertly cut and shaped steel components, utilizing techniques such as turning, milling, and grinding. The architectural unit includes durable steel steps, robust side stringers, reliable supporting structures, and a secure railing system. Post assembly, these parts are welded together and finished with a matte black powder coating (RAL 9005, Jet Black) to enhance durability and resistance to wear. This finish not only augments the staircase’s resistance to environmental influences but also bolsters its sleek, modern aesthetic.

Typically, the staircase measures between 2 to 3 meters in height and occupies about 2 to 4 square meters of floor footprint. These dimensions make it ideal for a range of building types such as residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Installation of the staircase includes professional mounting to ensure proper alignment and secure fixing, maintaining both the safety and stability of the structure.
