The fabrication process includes precise cutting and forming of the steel components, followed by strong assembly through welding techniques. To shield the staircase from harsh environmental elements and to prevent corrosion, the surface is treated with either galvanization or powder coating. This provides a robust finish either in silvery-grey or a paint that matches RAL 7040 (Window Grey). The staircase dimensions include a height between 5 to 6 meters and steps about 30 cm in depth, complete with vertical supports, handrails, and safety railings.
Installation is performed through heavy-duty bolting to the building structure, ensuring a secure and stable placement, vital for an external emergency staircase.
